I completed the Christmas cruise last night, but it looks like I didn?t get Scrooge. I?ve got an option to buy Scrooge for 1300 gems, though. Not sure what happened? 😕

Previous advice for missing prizes was to contact support at https://support.storm8.com. If they close your ticket contact SpiritWind00 for more help because the rules do not allow discussion of support tickets here.
It may take longer for Support to respond because of the Holidays.

I tried that. The Storm8 system immediately closed the ticket I tried to send them?they say they?re not responding to individual requests anymore. So this is why I?m here. I don?t know how else to get ahold of someone at Storm8 to help me with this.
