Forest wisp essence not saving in inventory

I have 2 forest wisp essence in inventory, but every time I defeat a wisp I receive a message that I cannot save any more essence. This has been happening for a few months now. I?ve tried hard closing the game and I was able to save the last essence I earned, but the next two times I defeated the wisp it gave me the error again. Not sure what to do.

Thanks for posting... I haven't come across this issue before. If you could reach out to Support so they can check your game as it's likely an isolated with your game/device. Reinstalling only fixes graphics issues so it won't correct this problem. Let me know if you need any assistance with your ticket.
