I got one on Black Friday and have gotten a few expansion permits-I bought a second.

Good to know. Thanks for your help. I bought one at last 10 minutes. Expansion permits may be rare but I think it is definitely a good investment in a long term.
P.S. I got one Skunkupining about 45 days ago at Baron’s Game Tent. It dropped one expansion permit and 2 or 3 trade tickets.

Rare drops, but it is my second best source after the Yellow Wisp pet. And it drops Seals, which is my primary source.

Naturally, these 7 hour offers pop up two hours into my nine hour workday. *sigh* Most weeks it's not possible for me to even log in to the game long enough to see if the offer is something I need/want to buy.

I know that I'm not the only player whose life circumstances (work/family/time zones) puts them at odds with the (blink-and-you-miss-it) sales which means there's a portion of us playing who basically get no Doorbuster sales at all. For the life of me, I cannot understand how this is a better business model than offering the item for a full 24 hours? We know it's possible - the sales were 24 hours for nearly a year before they reverted to these annoying flash sales.
