I can choose the Ghost or Baron Trick or Treaters. Both are 100 gems.
My guess is all the Trick or Treaters are for sale, but I have 3 from the original event.

Thanks for the list! There is also a Haunted Garden for 200 gems. The inventory card says it is animated, but 200 gems is still kind of steep when we were able to buy the animated haunted house last week for only 60 gems. I would be interested to hear from anyone who actually buys it what it does.

I already have the haunted garden. So it doesn’t show for me. It’s not worth 200 gems. It’s a graveyard garden with a “ghost “ that swirls around it in a circle

The Haunted Garden is deco only, no drops.
It's a 2x2 and 3 'ghosts' are flying/ circling above it.
I absolutely love it, it's one of my favorite decorations ever.
But I agree with shortdanzr that 200 Gems is very expansive..
It all depends on how many Gems you have, and if you prioritize drops or art/ animation.
