I thought about the hydra like an event building that drops more coin, plus energy, but is the same 2x2 size. I really wanted one. The artists really did a beautiful job on it. Thank you everyone for your answered questions. In the end I didn't get everything I wanted to buy but I got some super nice items.

If I'd been able to buy more I'd have also bought the hydra, aquamarine alicorns, venomous kitsunecorn, more sirens and the fawnicorn. Really like the graphic of the ye olde bar n grill.

The desert palace is 4x4 and mostly drops boarpelts. I had mine out for a long time and think I only ever got 1 golden nugget from it but ymmv

I rarely collect from the desert palace as it rarely drops a golden nugget, whereas I place my meadow wolves with the flygers and direwolves, collecting regularly as they have a greater chance of useful expansion drops like earth wisps and wisp lanterns.
Does anyone know where the reduced expansions are located?

Feanor taking a shot at the Hydra. Unfortunately, they will not stay this way as I have too many characters and buildings in my kingdom and I’m too lazy to reorganise for each event. I bunch up my characters mainly based on drops if not, then themes.

I love the look of the meadow wolf but it is quite a bit larger than I thought it would be. Its bigger than my armored flyger and is 1x2.
