Not impressed with the goal prize either. It will go into storage. Since they changed the way we build appliances, I often can not finish the goals. I try to get all the recipes but often miss the final one. It takes way too long to build the ovens.

I received only 12 gifts instead of 20 yesterday. Is it only me facing this issue ?

Not just you. I'm having tons of trouble building appliances. I don't think we get 20 any longer.

While it's not exactly a theme I can see myself using any time soon, it is very well done and different enough from the standard offerings that it's a refreshing change of pace. It's nice to see a goal that isn't directly related to any specific season or holiday. We could do with more of that, I think.

That said...

Other than the Aces Cake, I think they really let themselves down with the recipe presentations. Again. The team clearly puts a lot of time and effort into creating and designing the recipe images for the table and cookbook. Each is a little work of art, which makes the counter images all the more confounding to me. I just cannot fathom why it seems as though their standards have suddenly lowered when it comes to counter presentations.

Some good creativity for the last recipe on the 2nd oven, looks cute and actually like something you'd see in a real bakery/coffee shop. We need more presentations like this!
