Got it on my second try breeding a Jingle Dragon (Holiday, White) with a Neo White Dragon (pure White). My first try produced a Wild Dragon.

I also got it breeding Neo Red with Neo White, but this gave me a Laser Light and a Virture failure before the Snowguide Dragon popped out.

Got this using Light and Fire..first try..

Second attempt Fire & Light = 4 hours (Snowbrute )

Yea! Laserlight seems to be their choice dragon these days when you breed red with white

Theoretically that should work.
