Collecting from 50+ royal cows gave 0 shirt. What's the point of spending to upgrade your cows?

Maybe the point is that the game developers are trying to be nice, and make is easier / faster to gather resources, by not needing royal cows (?)

Goal 3: Craft the reindeer gnome doll
You will need the Troll camp and trees.



To craft the doll: (in 2 hours)
5 tiny gnome bells
1 tiny gnome boots
5 wee snowballs

Even if it is true- they should NOT punish those who have Royal ones. It is understandable that if you have better cows- you keep THOSE out. All cows ( black-white, white, black and royal should work).

Wow! For goal 2 you need 2 tiny gnome shirts which you get from cows. It took me tending to 33 cows to get 2 gnome shirts. Ummm.... did S8 set it so only one type of cow drops?

No, not at all. It's an optional event, so take time off if you want to It has no impact on any main story. The items will likely end up in future sales for gems if you're really keen on anything in particular. Maybe just do the daily goals for the 3x gnomes as that will only take a few minutes each day to complete. Hope that helps!
