    Level max, need info. Someone please explainp

    Why is it that our dragons max out at level15 but we have to battle dragons levels 16 thru 20? Not that we can afford to feed them to higher levels cuz we can't even afford to feed them to level 15. It makes it almost impossible to win the dragons in the tourneys? Thank you.
