No gems after buying in the gem sale
I just bought 105 gems for ?13,99 in the gem sale but I did not received my gems.
I lost ?13,99 on my bankaccount. Please help!
Please try restarting your device to see if they show up.
If not, please check your account and make sure the purchase went through.
You can also contact support( see link in my signature) and send them a copy of your receipt.
