    Transaction Failed

    So I went to purchase 50 gem package for my game ready for Black Friday sale. All is well, but after the game loaded for 5 minutes- it said transaction failed despite the balance of 4.99 being taken from my bank balance. Is there a way to get this issue solved? I don't know how to email storm8

    I just bought 105 gems for 13,99 in the gem sale but I did not received my gems.
    I lost 13,99 on my bankaccount. Please help!

    Same happened to me. I usually request refund from Google Play

    I contacted Storm8 but no answer yet. I hope they will respond tomorrow. Otherwise I will request a refund.

    Did you get your money back?
    Yeah I did thank you. Google Play refunded me and then I bought the 50 gem package again and it went through okay
