Y'all can laugh at the concept of buying keys, but obviously some people who do it. You think that people who spend tons of money on leaderboards are going to balk at spending a little money on keys?

Some people seem to think that we have DS over a barrel or something, but as long as there are still people who do spend money, they are still in business. It goes the other way, too. They have us over a barrel if we are attached enough to the game to spend real money to be able to keep plating.

No, they don’t have us over a barrel. This player collects gold, never buys it and rarely spends it. I can walk away whenever I want. I don’t play most events, because there is rarely anything new or interesting in the events ever since S8 took away free habitats , Spin and Win, flash tournaments of 18 rounds or 24 rounds. Ok, there was a Spin to Win last month, big whoop. Maybe the sales will be good. But I bet I’m not the only one whose ‘attachment’ to the game is Fading fast

Obviously everyone plays differently and has a different amount of attachment to the game. I was speaking for those of us who are a bit more "addicted" or "invested." I buy gold every week. As a paying customer, I expect good customer service, and I expect S8 to get their ducks in a row, just as I would at any business where I spend money, whether it be a physical store or an online store.

However, as you stated, that attachment can fade over time. I have been giving S8 the benefit of the doubt and assuming that they would come through for us with the marble keys and adventure tickets that we did not receive last week. However, since it is now Monday morning and still nothing has been fixed, I might just dump them until they make this right.

I just logged in received the keys and adventure tickets. Thank you, kooky, for being our advocate, and thank you S8 for making this right. I thought you would come through for us!

I just force closed & reopened the app and got the Marble Keys and Adventure Tickets!!! I only got a pop up for the keys though, but I definitely got both
