There is a dragon stable available to use. It has to be purchased in the market/decor. It might be on sale now...don't know.

Look under "buildings" in the market. I don't believe that it is on sale. You pay to get the building initially and it comes with 5 spaces to store dragons. Each time you want to store more dragons, you have to pay to upgrade. I only have room to store 10 dragons because it costs 70 gold to upgrade to hold the next 10 or so, I think. Too rich for my blood.
