Problem with bakery name change

On Oct. 1, I tried to change my bakery’s name. I had saved up 10 gems just for this. In the middle of typing out the new name, the app shut down. When I re-opened the game, my 10 gems were gone, and the bakery name was unfinished, as Cody’s C. PLEASE allow me to fix this. My bakery is named after my middle son, who passed away 5 years ago.
