I'm so confused. Where the heck am I getting all these pipers swords?

OK there are two goals that include sending planes. Do Sent planes count for both of them at the same time? Meaning, if I send a plane, it counts toward a smashing pumpkin, and it also at the same time counts for piper's Ren Faire?
