I started a new thread for this in hopes that it gets some visibility. The Eye of Horus aren't counting correctly for Dragon Tales. I have received 10 from friends and the Dragon Tales goal is stuck on 3/5.
Rebooting the phone and force closing the app have not worked.

I've done that already but it typically takes days to receive a response and the event is on its last day.
Is there a problem with this or not?
If there was a problem that was affecting multiple people, it should have been addressed as a group response. If only one person was having the problem, then it was right to have that person submit a ticket. Mine worked ok this time, but in a previous event the request for materials did not work properly, and I ended up using gold to skip. I'm not sure why it is an intermittent problem.
There is 100% an issue.
