Hi, can someone tell me where I find the crytograph?

If you read the notes I have in post 4 (page 1) you'll find your answer. Bit hard to copy paste with my phone but the text in green in goals 2 and 3 is what you're looking for. It's completing the craft.

So I already have Chase running in my kingdom and my next goal tells me to unlock Kelcie, but Kelcie is still locked at the Academy. Is this storyline related to another one I might be behind? Do I need to have 150 scrolls first? (I have 110 atm) Should I submit a ticked? Lol

This has happened to lots of players. Please log a ticket with support as she should be available once you've finished the goals for Chase. They'll be able to fix that for you.
