I've spent thousands of dollars on Storm8 games, but I'm still not valued by the company.
Yes I agree, those splash screens usually mean a sale.
Hopefully, it won?t cost 800 gems.
I was thinking the same thing... let's hope it's the standard 400 gems! It's going to be a tough decision if it is more, because I *really* like the look at that dragon.
When I saw the dragon splash screen I also assumed it was going to be a sale. After all for those of you in northern hemisphere it’s nearly midsummer isn’t it.Here in south winter equinox is in 2 days!!
Last night I got a splash screen for 2 x trade tickets, and half time trades for the 23rd June. That’s the same date as the sleeping dragon coming available.

It looks like S8 has tried to fix the connection issues people have mentioned and has provided an update to Castle Story. If you update the app, they are giving you a gift of a Gilded Kelpie.

I wouldn’t get too excited about the kelpie. It’s just a fancy looking pond. Straight into storage it went. And I wouldn’t be surprised if the dragon costs 1000 gems, the way inflation is going ;-/Update your Castle Story app!
