I think its the next step in the marshland questline.. Marshland Permits are back in the Exchange. But the artwork on the splash screen doesnt look very Marshy but more Tropical.

It looks great! Really nice artwork!! Left fairy reminds me of Moana and right is suggestive of Pele, goddess of fire. I hope we can get them both. ... or maybe one transforms into the other? Looking forward to it.
Fingers crossed we get a volcanic island out of this one! Gotta expand into that water at some point.
