Gaaahh!

I'm still undecided as to whether to get Meghana to complete the shark family look

120 gems is a lot to plonk down for a decoration, particularly if it turns into a coin dropper after the event.

I wish S8 would let us know what this type of decorations drop after the events they are associated with ends. Or at least lower their prices for players who have completed the event, (or after the event), so we can buy it for their decorative purposes.

Stuck on goal 10 with one more Underwater Plants thingey to go. Probably should have thrown in the towel earlier when I realized how difficult this event was, but I usually manage to finish these events. It's hard to give up after investing two weeks of time and energy. I'm not really crazy about the sharks, but it would have been nice to have a merman. Maybe next time. Would also have been nice not to have to use the workshop for almost all the crafting that was required. Congrats to everyone who finished: I really have no idea how you managed.

I ended up using gems. :-/
It is particularly disappointing when you get this far and time runs out.

This is the first event in years that I will not complete due to the insane level 10 that makes obtaining an incredibly ugly creature with dubious drops. Will settle for just the souvenirs as could pound out getting creature but too stressful for reward.

I can say with certainty that I will NOT be finishing this event...and I'm not particularly upset about it.

The only reason I took part at all is because I wanted the aquarium decorations you build, and I won't be able to build as many of those as I would like because they are so costly to build. They're the best looking graphics I've seen for a while, as far as static decorations go, so I'm disappointed that I won't be able to build more.

The parts requirement this time around is ridiculous and realistically should have been either halved or another week added to the timer. I'm currently stuck on step 9 after consistent playing...I might be able to finish with minutes to spare, but there's no way I'm gemming through or buying an event pack to finish. The final reward doesn't interest me and with the past few events having final prizes that only put out of few energy, after all that work you have to put in to finish, it's not worth it.

I'm still waiting for an inventory revamp, as well as the option to vendor event parts we no longer need, as well as a gem use confirmation button. I'd like those now more than another event.

So, I guess thanks for the break because I've been tending my animals and maxing out my parts inventory. Congratulations to everyone that finished--I don't know how you managed.

Congratulations to all that completed. I am going to run out of time before my third underwater plant is even done. Unfortunately I had to work too much to get it done. I only wish the things we were building actually had better drops so I didn't feel like I completely wasted my time and effort
