I can’t access the game!
I have similar issue in April, took~ a month to have it resolved by S8 support, made me missed to get the post office.
Guess this time I will miss the swirlicorn.

I am so depressed. It's been 48 hours since I last played. I got a reply saying they're working on it. I just don't understand what's going on. Why is this only affecting certain kingdoms? Please fix this soon?

2 days for me too. Also happened back in April. Wasn?t given extra time on that event & had to spend $$ to complete.

Oh, so I got an email saying the problem has been resolved. I don't think so, I still can't access the game.

We're sorry to hear many of you are unable to access the game! We're still investigating this issue. You do not need to report to support that you are locked out, you can post in this thread. I will be posting on this thread with updates.
