Don't buy it twice. There is a glitch in the game that sometimes causes the purchased boost to inexplicably "disappear" a few seconds after you buy it. You'll find that if you force-quit and restart the game at that point, the boost will magically reappear.

Thanks for the tip! I'll remember that next time...it seconds this time, boost lit up and disapeared immediately so I thought it didn't take and noticed the extra gold gone after I closed out, thankfully I got that cold back.

That is so nice, after being stuck on NV. I've never had a rollback work in my favor during battle. A few times it happened after beating a difficult dragon and whoops - the win didn't take and I had to re-do it. Often used the same winning dragon that lost!!??
I like the Tropical dragons as well,

I've have that happen also.... was stuck on battle 29 for over two days last tournament and ended up using ultimate with only 3 hours left.
