Disappointing revelation re: the Swirlicorn (adorable graphics but not an alicorn). It will make the following drops:
Sugar cane, sugar, horse hair, fertiliser, carrots (Most likely the common drops)
Chocolate, ice cream, royal sundae, Sweet feasts (Rare drops)

I certainly saw that. I don't need any of those things as I'm usually maxed out. But then I saw the energy symbol on another splash screen and got sucked in. One thing is for sure, this thing will be very energy intensive.

Does anyone know if cottages also drop bowls of sugar?

They have not for me so far.

With Alpacas having an 8 hour timer, sweet cream will be the bottleneck.

I will start this event, but if the only CHANCE for an alicorn is by buying a building with gems, then I won't continue for very long.

I'll come sit by you if we end up having to spend gems to get the alicorn.
