I have 4 playing accounts, and a lvl 6 non playing that I use for requisitions/gifts only. The past few days, I notice that a requisition sent out did not reach my level 6 account. At all. On numerous days. One requisition reached some of the accounts, but not all.
In addition, I note that I am receiving requisitions 4 days old from other neighbors. For days, nothing (and I had been logging in 6+ times a day for the event), then suddenly a 4 day old req appears.

Is anyone else noticing this?
