    Spellbound bloom

    So I want to buy the spellbound bloom but it?s locked under gems. What is the quest to unlock this? I?m only level 26-is this why?

    Im really not sure, but do you have a goal called Spellbound/Level 6 upgrade or something like that? in your goalbook?
