Someone just asked this very question recently for BS so I'm just going to cite the relevant section of the mod's answer:

Glad to help and Welcome to the forum! Storm8 has more games than most realize and each game has several forums of their own so navigating the many various threads within those forums can be overwhelming in the beginning. It's not on you that you missed the response, it wasn't even from the RS threads, I found it in the Bakery Story Bugs Forum. To be honest, I wouldn't have even known where to look for the answer if I hadn't just read the post the other day myself.
