Nope, I got mine with no problem on 2 accounts.

Have over 1300 points and still do not have it. Sent in a ticket. Reply 5 to 7 business days. Event will be over by then. I wonder why I continue to play this game with all the glitches. They must have the worst support of any business in the world.

I agree with you 100%! I still have a ticket in "hold" from the last event - Pollen Fever!
Wonder what they will do about that?
