Selling selected food

I'm doing the 10 day cruise ship game/goal and I have certain food stored up that I want to keep just in case the game needs it. I'm also doing the side challenge that goes along with the goal. I'm out of the counter space. I would love to be able to sell certain foods to customers and block the other counters. Is that possible? Right now I'm quick selling the smallest priced dishes but eventually they become to expensive. Is there a way to block certain food from being sold but sell the others. I tried searching on this and couldn't find exactly what I was looking for. Thanks in advance.
