How do I block a neighbor from coming on my wall in bakery story

We can't block players from visiting our bakeries or reading our walls but you can block them from posting on your wall, if you are on iOS platform. See Chapter Block Feature in Game Guide, link in my signature.

If the party is behaving inappropriately, you can report them by contacting Support via support form. Provide them your storm ID, game name and the game name and storm ID if you know it of the offender. Attaching screen shots of your wall is very helpful.
