Maybe a dumb question but here goes, when we get these door buster sales, can we also try breeding for these animals or are they buy only?

You can check them when you scroll down after clicking them and it does not say "not found through breeding" then you can breed it. You can look up the name find the wiki page and it usually says what two elements would create that animal. It's usually about 1 animal you can breed but not always and if it's a big sale with more then 10 animals then there can be multiple. You just have to check.

Happy with the new sale though, just completed my last fifth treent creature by buying the Trick'r Treent. So thank S8 for that!!!! Also spent a few bucks for another habitat, so I created a few more space for placing a handful another creatures.

I'm glad you like the sale! I'm pretty pleased with it as well, except for the fact that it has too many temptations.

I honestly don't even like Treents, but since I had a Treent habitat that wasn't full, I got the Trick or Treent. I'm not sure if I want to leave her little, or grow her to adult. The juvenile form is gross. She has a 24 hour evolution time, so that could be helpful during leaderboards.

I also bought a Frightingale (what a great price - 80 gems!) and am going to finally get a Chihuacabra! I've been wanting one. The prices for these animals are all reasonable, so I feel like I can splurge a little and get what I want. So many of them I have on this account that I would like to also get for my baby account, but I'm not feeling *that* rich. I'm not sure why they would offer the Nocturtle for 70 gems when we are battling for him. At this point it would be cheaper to buy him than to use gems to speed through the last few rounds. Anyway, overall, very pleased with this little Halloween sale! I hope others are enjoying it as well.

Love this door buster. You’re right, so much temptation and so many great deals. I had to get the trick o Treent and pumpkitty. Wished I could’ve gotten the molten Martin or lionheart as they were priced great. Maybe next time. But it was a really good doorbuster. And the habitats too!
