Having the same problem. Can’t access CS: says we’re not online. Able to play other non-S8 games. Any estimation on when the game will be back up? Also, any chance the timer will be adjusted so we can finish? Not very conducive to customer loyalty to have hard work and real cash wasted due to technical difficulties.

I still cannot access CS. I won the Siren but I almost have enough of the tokens to get a Royal Dark Unicorn and Ghost Knight. Will I lose those tokens due to something that is not my fault. If that is the case. That is extremely unfair.

Its not fair that we cant play now and others who have not this problem can still go on with collecting tokens.
Is hours now that we cant play the game.
We will lose a lot of tokens now
And.. also a lot of energie what we need so badly..

Already more than 6 hours without acces to Castle Story !!
Kooky reported it to S8 around 9 hours ago. I'm so sorry - it's times like this where so many events are on the cusp of nearing the end and access is critical. I've send another flare for help and assistance. I wish I could do more!
Any news yet? Still saying offline cannot connect to Castle Story for last 10 hours.
I can't seem to get to play either. I can on one profile on my iPad but the other on my phone not since this morning, also a couple o choirs last night.... How can we finish The Beast Master Challenge if we can't get into the game... Almost bed time for me so I'll lose a whole day, it's not very fair ☹️ It also says internet problems and Request Erroe - 1001. I also screen shot that picture.
I am glad to finally find the thread about some folks unable to connect. I, too, fall under those who cannot connect. 10 hours later still cannot connect.
I cannot access Castle Story today it just keeps saying to check internet connection. 😢 My connection is fine no problems with internet just this game. Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling- didn?t work. It?s very frustrating because wanted to collect the tokens from the event 😢
