I am having trouble also. My internet is working because I can connect to online games.

The last time this happened (the game being down unexpectedly), I had unlimited energy for 20 minutes when I finally got back in. Hopefully Storm8 does something similar this time; I really needed to be playing these last four hours in order to meet my Shell coin goal.

I'm not having any issues getting into CS but cannot connect to DS and FFS.

Hmm... This leads me to think that they are perhaps using two (or more) servers to host our account details. Although I'm at level-50 for CS, my account here is much newer (perhaps two or three years) compared to the ones in DS and FFS (I've had those since their beginning). However, I have new (baby) accounts in DS and FFS, and when I switched to those accounts, on DS and FFS, my games start without any issues.

So it's likely an issue with their server hosting the older accounts and not the game server per se.

I hope they have all our data backed up ゞ◎Д◎ヾ

It’s been hours now and I’m thinking I won’t make the 500 Shell Tokens.

S8, you have made money hand over fist from your devoted players. And hey, we're happy to contribute because we enjoy playing.
However, every year I read more complaints & dissatisfaction, that for the most part go unheeded by you. We've been *****ed or 'glitched' and not very often are we compensated, but after years of playing, we preserver bc we have so much time/energy already invested.

You've been "offline" for hours & I'd venture to say that most of us play more than one game- CS, DS, FFS - which we (I) haven't been able to access AT ALL. This will cause a devastating setback for our goals/progress (LEADERBOARDS) that we have worked so very hard for....

So I ask you....
Are you going to "reimburse" us for the time lost?
Extend the time to achieve?
Some kind of 'boost' to help those who've been unable to play make up for their status/loss?

Hmmmm......

Something GRAND perhaps?!? You know, to show us how much you really care and it's not all about the money?

The outcome that S8 chooses will be very interesting indeed. (fingers crossed)

I can not into Castle Story and Farmstory.
I have internet but get also the message by the game that there is no internet.
Hope this will be fixed as soon as possible because of the limits for the events in the game..
