Bingo challenge trouble

Two times in a row today, my challenges expired before my time was up. The second time was to harvest upgrades. I had about an hour to complete the task. So I planted, set my timer for 10 mins and came back and it was expired. What the heck is up with that S8???

Your records on our end look correct. If this is happening for you regularly, are you able to share a video and email support? They'll probably need a visual verification to pursue this further.

We have not made any changes to Adventure League since it was launched except to retire some legacy tasks. Those changes were months ago and don't impact timers.

Of course they look correct on your end. In all my years of playing, any issues that have come up have always ?looked correct on your end? I don?t know what to tell you. All I can say is that I had enough time to complete the task. I set my timer for 10 mins. The exact amount of time it takes for upgrapes to be ready and when I came back the task was expired
