All of my game processes on my main ID are lost (including Bakery and Restaurant Story). If I attempt to log in using ID, the override process pop up show all of my game are at lv 1. I can't even use the ID to log into the forum here like before, it keeps telling that ID doesn't exist.

Can someone help me with this, I'm in the middle of a lot of quests and battles

My ID is Dragosle. If you check the forum, you can see that I've posted here several times using that ID.
