We have 15 possible outcomes when we use Yellow and Red, with the longest being a 16-hour Fireflower Dragon. There are now four 4-hour dragons that may come out of the yellow and red pairing. For the moment, breeding with Royal and Yellow seems to work too, so you may wish to try this pairing there are only 5 dragons that can come out of this; be forewarned that two of the failures are 18 and 20 hours.
Got it on the second try breeding Neo Air with Neo Fire. The first failure was a 16-hour Fireflower Dragon.
