Well, getting Static Sap from Lightning Lillies may soon become problem for us. Timer is 6 hours and out of 5 flowers you perhaps get around 1-2 per from 5 flowers. And you need 20 for first upgrade using them.
I did manage to get 6 lightening lilies. If you can craft and place 5 flowers before you collect 1 sap, you can get the 6th one from Ivy.

But seeing more crowns as the reward for 16 blocks to upgrade, I'm kind of put out, so not sure about plowing forward...... I'll see.
Not to mention 100 blooms for upgrade. Wow!

Static sap is definitely the bottleneck with the random drops. Level 7 upgrade requires 40!

Weirdest game glitch ever... I spawned a static skunkupine and defeated him only half way so I could chop away to get some red clay blocks and not worry about other monsters spawning. While chopping, suddenly I get a dire bore! I double check on my static skunkupine and it?s gone! Go to defeat my dire bore and it?s already half defeated. It?s like my static skunkupine randomly turned into a dire bore right on top of my rock!
Anyway...anyone know the spawn rate for static skunkupines? I have 6 farmhouses out and only get 1 out of the 6. Sometimes on the first or second farmhouse and sometimes on the sixth. Trying to decide if I should buy and build more farmhouses but not sure how many I would need to get two static skunkupine spawns per all my farmhouse collections?
I just have 6 farmhouses out because of the 10 minute reset. And anyway we'll be waiting on sap.
So I see we will be using 20 energy to battle cyclones from cottages and still 10 energy to battle skunks from farmhouses.

I am really debating not doing this challenge. I am more interested in the expansion sale and I need to make lanterns and collect coin.
Boy, this event is an incredible energy suck!!
In my level 50 kingdom, I participated in the firefly cove event and only managed to get to one level short of finishing, I was ticked because I wasted my time and energy on the event. This event is looking pretty scary energy wise and I don't know if I'll be able to finish but I'm giving it my best shot in both kingdoms.
Shortdanzr, I just this morning got to the Lily part in my lower level kingdom, so we're pretty much the same.

As level 50 kingom - it has been so long since I've had to worry about if I can complete the event- this thing ****S Energy.
I'm pretty sure you're doing better than average. I'm on the same goal and have 2 wizard schools, 20+ energy from daily energy animals and 5 weekly alicorns.
