I restarted by iPhone and it showed up just as you said

Statick Skunkupines spawn from Farmhouses and take 10 hits to defeat. They drop Static Tendrils.

And you don't have to be at goal 5 to spawn the skunkupines and collect the tendrils either.

Maybe a hint on item limits how and their respective gem cost so we know which bundle to purchase??

So far this event reminds me of the firefly cove, and so far it seems pretty energy intense.
I'm at the next step where 12 lightning bricks are required to upgrade to level 5 (each brick needs 12 red clays, 2 static tendrils and 10 glimmer dusts).
So everyone get your glimmer dust troves out.

Caution:_ Those who have offer for 15 min unlimited energy: If you are alraedy on Goal 7 - and plan to chop as many Clay as possible- no point - you can just hold 99 Red clay. And using it for crafts takes 2 hours.
