Make sure you are playing on the regular version of the game and not a seasonal version.
Try closing out any applications running in the background to see if that helps.

I have had the same problem for several months now. I play Castle Story too and have NO problems there. Dragon Story has become increasingly ?unstable? with the shutdowns and rollbacks. The videos we have the option to watch for gifts or to speed up battle wait time frequently (50%) don?t work or don?t provide the expected results for the time spent watching them.Originally Posted by alexd197379
