Unable to craft Flame Queen

I had already received the quest to craft the Flame Queen but from the previous quests? rewards, I had only received 3 Pompous Crowns instead of the 4 needed to craft.

I did not use Gold to skip over any of the quests and I cannot remember which quest did not give me the correct reward.
Can anyone please help me with this issue?

First, try force closing and restarting your game to see if your 4th item shows up.
If not, please send a request to support so an agent can check your game. ( see support link in my signature)

May I ask how long will it take to resolve the issue?
