After many messages to support i am still in limbo !!

Sooooo I?m confused. I placed Illana after upgrading my post office. The goal to greet her popped up but then my game reset and she was gone?? The goal was still there but I couldn?t press it. The goal expired now, she?s still gone

It was a drop from the chests. I received several pigeon roosts and writing desks along with paper flowers but alas no peacock. The info is on the first page.
