No materials for Ifrite dragon

Did anyone else not receive the 4 materials required to craft the Ifrite dragon in the current dragon tales story?

I am stuck because of that. Buying the missing material costs 300g.

I have not yet received the anwser ob my suport ticket. But time is ticking away and finishing the tales without this step will be difficult! Please help!

Try force closing an reopening your game to see if the rest show up.

I tried several times.

It may have to do something with the recent downtime, if I completed some part of the quest at an awkward time?

Right now I could really use help however. It will be impossible to finish tales without gold already :-/
