You will need to contact TeamLava Support (support@teamlava.com) for assistance. Players are not able to change the ID associated with their device on their own.
Provide both Storm8 IDs, UDIDs for both accounts, and what it is you'd like them to assist with.
Keep in mind this does not mean they will/won't switch them.
