Well I posted about it in bugs &issues, and after my game restarted, I did have three 10x boosts. Phew. Hopefully they fixed it!

Closing since I responded on your bug thread. This is a known cosmetic issue. You receive 3, but updating the amount visually requires a refresh view. You can relaunch, visit, or otherwise server ping and it will update.
