I had 50 gems in my fashion story shop. This morning, I find that all my gems were missing. I did not purchase anything and my gems all disappeared .
I felt very frustated and tried all methods to ask for help. First, I wrote an email to support@storm8 but they said no more email was accepted. Then,
I used the request form to fill in my problem and the feedback was none of their matter and asked for a helping hand in community forums.What can I do ,
I just want to get back my gems, I got it through playing the game and viewing the video, it take a long time for me to get my gems, please let me know how I can get back all. Thanks
