Ok, I am another victim of building sweet shop yesterday and in goal 2 will not auto complete. Event dead now until this glitch gets fixed.

I tried putting my sweet shop in storage and then taking it out again to advance in chapter 2. It has now disappeared but I can no longer buy it!!!!

Another burned by the early placement of the Sweet Shop.
I should’ve known better, but thought I was getting ahead of the 8hr timer.

I’m going to bed now (2am in Aust) , Storm8 employees should start work in a couple hours, so hoping it’s sorted when I wake.

Chiming in to add the strength of numbers. Please fix the glitch ASAP S8. We really don’t need any more reasons to be frustrated with this game, there are already plenty of frustrations that aren’t glitches.
In the future, please don’t allow buildings or items to unlock before they are required. If we can build it we will build it. So if you don’t want it built yet, keep it locked. Simple.

I built the sweet shop early too and am stuck. I tried sending a ticket and received an automated reply that they don't fix bugs in side games. So that's that - I'm out. Others be warned so they don't do the same. Oh, well.
