I am having the same issue as well. I submitted a ticket with screenshots so hopefully they?ll be able to correct this shortly.

Of course, their office hours don?t start until 10am Pacific Time so it may be several hours.

I built the sweet shop early too and am stuck. I tried sending a ticket and received an automated reply that they don't fix bugs in side games. So that's that - I'm out. Others be warned so they don't do the same. Oh, well.

The building should have been locked by goal as others have been in the past. But on the bright side we can continue to collect chocolate ore. We will be needing more later. On the other side of the coin , the rocks needed for chopping for chocolate are nowhere to be found.

How are you collecting chocolate ore? The only thing I am able to collect is pink sugar from the Sweet shop.

I am also stuck. I read the word visit and saw the building was available so I built it early ready for the chapter 2 collection. Now I am stuck. S8, please fix this as I was looking forward to this event. Thank you.
