Good! The math wasn't sounding good to me. I'll study it a little more. It just seemed like we were going to need a lot more at first glance.

Still only getting chocolate rocks from adventures...guess I remain unlucky

The Chocolate Rock is the only thing that will ever be inside the Adventure Crate; the other items drop with the materials when you first tap the Adventure. Every time I collect from an adventure, I open my inventory and check under the Decorations Tab to see what, if anything, I got. I don't always see the drops and the Cotton Candy Shrub looks identical to the Sugar Puff material which can be misleading which is why I check every time..

EDIT: My last adventure dropped a Rustic Well -- didn't know that was an optional drop.

I've got my two gum shrubs with 4 hour times with 15 required for each upgrade from level 7 forward. While I see some people reporting extra shrubs from adventure - no such luck for me. I do not see a way I would be able to complete and I do not feel spending 250 gems for an extra shrub, which will be useless after this quest is over.

Are there any other ways of getting more gum drops, or just going for the adventure and hoping for lucky drop?

Depending on how close you get to having enough, it may well be more cost efficient as far as gems to speed up collecting from them a few times, rather than buying another shrub.

Yeah, you can hope that. I have gotten 3 EXTRA Gum Drop shrubs in past 8 hours....not sure if I am just incredibly lucky...but seems I don't have to worry about those. So everyone should have some hope

There are quite a few items the adventure will drop as chapters progress. I started a list on day 1 but didn't know their names. Here's the pic of what you could get:



Plus the Sweet Shop also drops resource items which are also evolving as the chapters progress.

OK. So, I did some breathing exercises and thought my way calmly through this. (Although I guess the tension is supposed to be part of the fun??)

2 gumdrop bushes, dropping 2 or more each collection, 4 hour timer.

With a 16 hour day, collecting 4 times, that is

2 bushes x 2 gumdrops per bush x 4 = 16.

With drops being more than 2 per bush sometimes, we are good. Panic over.

BUT - the bush drops only 1 sometimes!!! So all the math is wrong!

We can prep crafted items in advance so can make beams and glue and whatnot, so thatbis lovely, but this gumdrop bush issue is terrible. They cost as much as the sweetheart alicorn/unicorn.

A three hour timer would be very do-able. Four? Not so much.

Edit: have opened a ticket begging for a three hour timer. I am not proud. : )

If you do your first collection when you wake up and then every 4 hours after that then you can actually do 5 collections in a 16 hour day I’m aiming for 7am, 11am, 3pm, 7pm and 11pm if I need to, but hoping to get enough drops that I’ll be able to do less collections than that!

First drop from Sabina’s Sweet Shop was 2375 coins, 3 Syrup and some XP.

Very grateful! I?m wondering why my black bear has never dropped me a feast??? He does drop me trade tickets (which I love) but not once a feast. I?ve noticed in past events I?ve always needed the same items as level 50 kingdoms just not as many. Hoping that?s the case with this one and not something totally different. Good luck!

Have you got Fabron or Kane, one of those drops simple/hearty feast quite often.
It also has a relatively short refresh time.
