Limited customer support for Fashion Story
I submitted a claim to Storm8 for a an issue with getting gems for tasks completed (Fyber) and my calm was automatically closed. A few minutes later I get an email saying they have limited customer support for Fashion Story. Is there anything I can do about this? Also, if they don't want to support Fashion Story why still offer it? I feel it's going the same way at City Story (or what is CityVille?).
Exactly same thing happening to me. So stupid how they still offer it yet don't give help. I got an email finally from a HUMAN (after sending many) saying that they don't support it. Why still have it there if you don't??

Fyber tasks are offer by a third party. Storm 8 cannot offer support for these tasks. You can contact Fyber for issues.
