Wondering where Wonder dragon is

I finally hatch this tales common dragon after several epic fails in past Tales. Great, I can finish this one because I've hatched the Wonder and leveled her up to 7 ahead of time.
Then I go to breed. The other fairy dragon can only be found on the white crystal tab; cannot be found with other fairies on the bottom tab. The Wonder is MIA. Not only is it not with the other fairies, but not under the blue breed tab. I even scrolled through the to All tab.
I am using an Android on a Sony Xperia and I loaded it through the Play Store. I have rebooted my phone. This has happened before, but fixes itself when I reboot. Any suggestions on how to find it? It's been a while since I could complete a tales and I really want to finish this Tales.
