Why has my game reset from level 99 to level 1 (Android)

My Level 99 RS game did a Benjamin Button on me 5 days ago and it's now at Level 1 on my Android device.

I went into Account Settings and entered my S8ID and password, but the Game Progress pop-up showed that my RS' progress is at Level 1, not Level 99.

Thankfully I can access my usual RS game on my spare iPhone.

Any idea why my game has reset to Level 1 on my Android device?

Moved to Bugs and Issues

Oh dear Not sure why this would have happened. In my experience, Android games have reset when the operating system software updates, but even in that case the Level 1 game doesn't tie itself to my S8ID.

I'll forward this over to staff so they can take a look. Hang in there!

Update: S8 support responded to my ticket today and the agent restored my RS game on my Android device.

RS game restored on Android.
But now RS as well as my BS games have been reset to Level 1 on iPhone.

Also nbrs on RS telling me that I'm no longer their nbr when they are still nbrs on my list and I still see gift icons upon visiting their restaurants.. Another bug perhaps?

Sigh.. Back to S8 support I go.

Please continue working with Support for your case. Don't want to confuse you with advise from forum and Support. It's best that you work with Support. Cheers.

P.S. Make sure you let the Agent know that you are playing on multiple platforms and devices.
